Shipping:
Products usually ship within 1-3 business days and should arrive at your door in 3-7 business day.
Products on backorder may take few extra days, but should arrive in less than 10.
As for returns, you need to contact your sales rep for setting up a return and or RMA for any products damaged in shipping and/or factory defects. We will honor returns within the first 10 days of delivery.
Tracking numbers will be issued and emailed to you once the order is processed.
Return Procedure:
When return parts we need your order number, name, email address and the part number of the product you wish to return with a detailed explanation of why you need to return it. If you do not have you order number please give the exact date and full name of the purchaser. A Return Number (RN) will be issued to all returns along with ship to address and full instructions on how it is to be sent back. Item will not be accepted without the RN, RN needs to be written on the outside of the box it will be return back to you. Return need to be packages and paid for by you and shipping cost will not be refunded. Note: we are not responsible for damaged products due to improper packaging.
Return Policy:
Returns must be done within 15 days of when the order is placed. No returns will be accepted after the 15 day return time has lapsed. All returns must be in there original packaging, condition and cannot be disassembled or damaged my improper installation. We are not responsible for any expenses that may occur during improper installation and/or damaged products.
Please Note: Service Manuals, CD ROMs, Special-Order Products, and Auto Body Parts are not returnable for any reason. Electrical parts are none returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any reason. |
